Primary Teacher – St. Louis School (Colonna Campus)

About the role

Inspired Education Group is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join the St. Louis School Colonna Campus in Italy. You will inspire Key Stage 2 learners, foster critical thinking, and nurture a lifelong love of learning while preparing students for secondary education.

Key responsibilities

• Model and promote the school’s mission, values and Positive Behaviour Policy.
• Deliver engaging, inquiry‑based lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across year groups to ensure continuity and progression.
• Participate in professional learning, curriculum development and whole‑school improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support clubs, events, and projects that enrich the wider learning experience.

Required profile

• University degree in Education or a related field with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching primary years, especially Key Stage 2.
• Strong understanding of literacy, numeracy and cross‑curricular learning.
• Ability to use assessment data effectively to drive progress.
• Enthusiastic, reflective and passionate about inspiring independent learners.
