Principal Technical Deployment Strategist – Italian Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Principal Technical Deployment Strategist who speaks Italian to lead AI‑driven deployments for enterprise customers. You will act as a customer‑facing advisor, shaping Agentic AI strategies and ensuring measurable adoption of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of engagements – from identification and commitment to deployment, consumption and expansion.
• Define Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, lead design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce’s AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting.
• Drive adoption and consumption metrics, identify blockers early and implement remediation plans.
• Coordinate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years (6‑10 for senior) of strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership in enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven customer‑facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
• Business‑level proficiency in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Required skills

• Python, JavaScript, Java, Apex programming languages.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, Data Cloud and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Experience designing AI/LLM solutions, conversation design and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude and Vibes.
