Product Communications Manager

About the role

Bending Spoons is seeking a Product Communications Manager to shape and execute the communication strategy for its portfolio of digital products. You will work closely with development teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the product lifecycle and drive user engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the communication strategy for each product, crafting messaging that resonates with users and supports growth targets.
• Create compelling content across social media, blog posts, in‑app messages, and email campaigns, leveraging AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Manage online communities and the overall digital presence to strengthen product perception, trust, and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform communication tactics.
• Define and track success metrics, adjusting strategies based on data‑driven insights.
