Product Management Internship – Summer 2027 (Rome)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Product Management Intern for the summer of 2027 in Rome. The internship offers hands‑on experience in a global payments leader, allowing you to learn how new product opportunities are evaluated, built and taken to market.

Key responsibilities

• Gain insight into how Mastercard develops business cases for new product opportunities.
• Assist in creating scalable, customer‑centric product solutions.
• Support go‑to‑market activities for launched products.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating in 2028.
• Available full‑time for a 10‑week period between 1 June and 6 August.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator.
• Well‑planned, organised and able to manage time effectively.
