Product Marketing Coordinator – Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Juventus is seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to join its Brand & Digital Media team on a fixed‑term basis covering maternity leave. You will translate marketing strategies into impactful campaigns and ensure seamless execution across products, commercial initiatives, and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Transform strategic briefs into actionable marketing plans.
• Support go‑to‑market activities for products and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Creative, and Commercial teams to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide improvement insights.
• Contribute to market and consumer analysis to shape future initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in product marketing, campaign management or integrated marketing.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Passion for football and interest in the sports industry is a plus.
