Product Support Specialist – Joint Replacement

About the role

The Product Support Specialist will provide on‑site support for Stryker joint replacement products, including the MAKO robotic system, across the Triveneto region. The role combines clinical assistance, training, and inventory management to ensure high‑quality service for surgeons and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Service existing and new customers in operating theatres, supporting both MAKO robotic and manual joint replacement procedures.
• Deliver product training to theatre staff and broader healthcare professionals.
• Audit and manage Stryker stock (implants, disposables, instruments) and consignment inventory.
• Conduct product trials, evaluations, and workshops in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to coordinate training events and introduce new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or a related scientific/technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in operating rooms.
• Native or C2 level Italian and advanced English (C1 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and clinical applications of orthopaedic products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MAKO robotic surgical system.
• Experience in product training and clinical support.
• Ability to audit and manage medical inventory.
