Therapy Specialist – Cardiovascular Surgery

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Specialist to support cardiovascular surgery products in Italy. The role involves leveraging deep clinical knowledge to drive product adoption and build relationships with key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of clinical and scientific data for Medtronic products.
• Build and nurture relationships with thought leaders, professional societies, and payers.
• Drive adoption of safe and effective product use through education and workshops.
• Provide field support for existing products and assist in launching new products.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of vascular surgery experience, preferably with project management exposure.
• Experience in support process management, including off‑label request handling.
• Minimum Baccalaureate degree and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
