About the role

Ykone Milano is looking for a Project Manager specialized in Influencer Marketing within the Fashion & Lifestyle sector. You will support senior team members in creating digital communication campaigns and special projects for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

Talent Scouting – identify national and international talents.
Client Management Assistance – independently assist in managing one or more clients.
Research Support – source video, photo, and makeup professionals.
Influencer Marketing Campaign Support – help execute impactful influencer campaigns.
Production and Event Coordination – support logistics for photo shoots, video productions, and events.

Required profile

Proven experience in influencer marketing agencies.
At least one year in a similar role with a focus on talent scouting and project management.
Excellent knowledge of the influencer and KOL landscape nationally and internationally.
Strong understanding of social‑media marketing dynamics.
Fluent spoken and written English.
