Project Manager – Remote (English & Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects for our retail customers. The role is fully remote, based in Europe, and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver SaaS implementation projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate steering group meetings, stakeholder updates, workshops, and document actions.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure measurable value is realized.
• Monitor, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and resource needs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience delivering enterprise‑scale IT system implementations.
• Background in grocery, CPG or FMCG retail environments.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, autonomous, and willing to travel when needed.

Required skills

• SaaS implementation experience.
• Understanding of supply‑chain management (SCM) systems.
