Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a proactive Public Relations Manager to join its Commercial Team. In this position you will shape and execute PR strategies that enhance the hotel’s visibility and reputation across global and local markets, supporting the overall marketing and advertising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative publicity programmes that promote the resort, spa, culinary offerings, services and staff.
• Research target markets and create editorial pitch plans to secure coverage in print, digital and social media.
• Maintain and grow professional relationships with journalists and media outlets, distributing releases, media kits and other PR materials.
• Assist in the creation and execution of the annual PR plan aligned with the hotel’s marketing objectives.
• Oversee digital communication tools, including the hotel website and e‑Newsletter, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Leadership Team to align PR activities with broader commercial goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
• Proven ability to manage media relations and execute PR campaigns.
