QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to strengthen software quality across web and mobile applications within a fast‑growing technology environment. The role embeds reliable testing practices throughout the development lifecycle and ensures products meet high standards of performance and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve testing processes across the software development lifecycle.
• Perform functional and non‑functional testing on web and mobile applications, including integration, regression, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects while collaborating with development teams on resolutions.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure delivered features meet business and technical requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test suites, checklists, and testing documentation.
• Analyze product features and requirements to define effective testing approaches.
• Monitor QA metrics and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, delivery managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support refinement of QA methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast‑paced environments.
• 3‑4 years of manual QA testing experience, preferably in FinTech, banking, iGaming, or other high‑volume transaction environments.
• Experience testing web applications and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
• Solid knowledge of software QA processes and best practices.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
