Quality Manager - High Luxury Brand, Milan West

About the role

An internationally renowned high luxury brand is looking for a Quality Manager to join its organization in the Milan West area. The role ensures the highest quality standards across the product lifecycle, drives continuous improvement and promotes a strong quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and develop the company's quality strategy in line with the brand's standards.
• Oversee quality from product development and prototyping through industrialization, production and post-production.
• Work with Product Development, Industrialization and Production to identify risks and prevent quality issues.
• Monitor product conformity, coordinate corrective and preventive actions and lead investigations into quality problems.
• Manage internal and external quality controls, including supplier quality and audits, and ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
• Develop and report quality KPIs, drive continuous improvement projects and work with central and international teams on global quality initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Quality team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Quality Management role in the Luxury, High-End Manufacturing or Premium Goods industry.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality management systems, problem-solving and risk assessment methods, and continuous improvement tools.
• Supplier quality management, quality audits and corrective/preventive action processes.
• Ability to define, monitor and interpret quality KPIs.
