R&D Project Manager

About the role

Recordati is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams through the planning and execution of drug development programs. You will ensure alignment, coordination, and timely delivery across preclinical, safety, regulatory, clinical operations, and CMC functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated development plans (IDPs) in collaboration with functional representatives.
• Create and track integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, manage actions, decisions, risks, and ensure timely reporting.
• Implement project management processes, tools, and documentation standards.
• Oversee CRO performance and external provider engagement, ensuring audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in drug development, clinical or preclinical R&D.
• Strong understanding of preclinical and clinical drug development processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in ambiguous environments.
