Real Estate Lawyer – Milan

About the role

We are seeking a motivated lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team in Milan. You will advise national and international investors and developers on all aspects of real estate law, working closely with funds, finance and tax colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on acquisitions, developments, disposals, leases, construction and property management mandates.
• Assist corporate clients and investment companies with purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate.
• Collaborate with funds, finance and tax teams to deliver 360‑degree advice on real estate investments.

Required profile

• Graduated with excellent academic marks and admitted to the Italian Bar.
• 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real estate law.
• Solid background in real estate with a basic understanding of corporate matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Service‑oriented, organized, deadline‑driven and proactive.

Required skills

• Legal drafting and negotiation in real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of Italian real estate legislation and cross‑border investment structures.
