Stiamo cercando un Recruiter Freelance con esperienza nella selezione e nel Head Hunting, capace di operare in autonomia per conto di New Talent Recruiting. Il ruolo prevede la gestione completa del processo di ricerca attiva e screening dei candidati in linea con le esigenze dei nostri clienti.
Responsabilità principali
- Gestire in autonomia attività di ricerca attiva di candidati in target.
- Effettuare lo screening e la valutazione dei profili selezionati.
Profilo richiesto
- Esperienza comprovata nella selezione attiva (Head Hunting).
- Possesso di Partita IVA o ritenuta d’acconto.
Competenze richieste
- Head Hunting.
- Ricerca attiva di talenti.
- Screening e valutazione dei candidati.
