About the role
Villa Klint, a contemporary mountain hotel opening in 2026 above Champoluc, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its hotel restaurant and the standalone Il Garage venue. You will ensure a warm, professional, and well‑organised service environment for guests throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant service, from front‑of‑house to back‑of‑house coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef, service team, and House Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Manage reservations, staff scheduling, and the overall flow of service during peak and off‑peak periods.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in line with hotel policies.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to support profitability.
Required profile
- Structured and detail‑oriented, with a strong presence on the restaurant floor.
- Comfortable coordinating reservations, team schedules, and service flow.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
