Runner (M/F) – Hospitality Service Role in Rome

About the role

Join Experimental Roma as a Runner, supporting the dining experience by delivering dishes, setting up service areas, and ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and the dining floor. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service at the new hotel opening.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and act as liaison between chef de rang and kitchen.
• Set up trays, sideboards, and room‑service trays before service.
• Prepare and deliver room‑service trays to guest rooms.
• Perform end‑of‑service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service.
• Maintain all work areas in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, functionality).
• Facilitate smooth communication between kitchen and dining area by responding quickly to team needs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct.

Required profile

• Dynamic, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Discreet yet efficient with a strong passion for hospitality.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
