Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Sowind Group is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support commercial operations for the luxury watch maisons Ulysse Nardin and Girard‑Perregaux across Italy and Southern Europe. Based in the Milan area, you will act as the operational bridge between headquarters and wholesale partners, ensuring smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, payment follow‑up and sales data in the ERP system.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis and inventory tracking using Excel and ERP data.
• Coordinate product allocations, consignments, loan items and other commercial requests between headquarters and partners.
• Ensure brand visibility across partner channels and oversee distribution of marketing and POS materials.
• Support co‑marketing initiatives, events, budget tracking and CRM activations, including localisation of HQ assets.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing coordination, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong command of English (C1) and native proficiency in Italian; French is a plus.
