Senior Ad Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Ad Operations professional you will join the ADV Tech & Operations team of Italiaonline’s Media & Tech division. You will work closely with the ADV Platform, Tech/Product, and SSP partners to drive programmatic revenue across high‑traffic inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Header Bidding stack (Prebid.js / Prebid Server) to ensure performance and stability.
• Monitor inventory monetisation, analysing CPM, fill‑rate, latency and revenue uplift.
• Configure Prebid wrappers, demand partners, SSPs, PMPs, Deal IDs and floor strategies for yield optimisation.
• Collaborate with Tech and Product teams on troubleshooting, debugging and ad‑delivery improvements.
• Support rollout of advertising solutions across diverse inventory, maintaining operational quality.
• Interact with Google Ad Manager, SSPs and proprietary platforms for integration and optimisation.
• Produce analyses, reports and KPIs on programmatic performance to shape monetisation strategy.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic Advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Header Bidding mechanics, Prebid.js and Prebid Server.
• Proven expertise with Google Ad Manager and programmatic inventory management.
• Understanding of Open Market, PMP, SSP ecosystems and yield optimisation.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid troubleshooting and log‑reading abilities.
