Senior Clinical Application Specialist – CT

About the role

As a Senior Clinical Application Specialist you will act as the clinical expert for Computed Tomography (CT) across Italy, helping radiologists and other clinical users maximise the value of Philips CT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training, education and best‑practice guidance on advanced CT technologies, especially Spectral CT.
• Partner with sales and marketing to demonstrate clinical benefits, support upgrades, and contribute to tenders and presentations.
• Maintain a high‑quality clinical image portfolio for commercial and educational use.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform product development and support new product introductions.
• Build trusted relationships with radiologists, radiographers and other healthcare professionals to improve outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field, or equivalent HealthTech experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting with deep CT knowledge.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Italy (60‑70% of the time).
• Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills
