Senior Content & Digital Media Manager

About the role

Juventus is seeking a Senior Content & Digital Media Manager to shape the club’s editorial vision across social media, digital platforms, content partnerships and live football moments. You will translate business priorities into engaging experiences that connect with fans worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Juventus’ editorial strategy across all digital and social touchpoints.
• Oversee content planning, production, distribution and optimisation for website, app, video, newsletters and creator collaborations.
• Lead matchday and live‑content operations, ensuring premium coverage before, during and after key sporting events.
• Drive audience growth, engagement and performance through data‑driven analysis.
• Develop and manage relationships with creators, influencers, publishers and external media partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Partnerships and other stakeholders to activate campaigns.
• Monitor audience behaviours, platform evolution and content trends to keep Juventus at the forefront of digital storytelling.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in content strategy, editorial management or digital media.
• Proven track record leading editorial teams and managing multi‑platform content ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of content performance, audience development and digital publishing.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, media or fast‑paced publishing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity and editorial judgement.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
