Senior Customer Success Manager – Milan (Fixed Term)

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join its Milan team on a fixed‑term basis. The role combines strategic advisory, AI‑enabled enablement and data‑driven insights to help customers extract measurable value from LinkedIn Hiring Solutions. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and champion for assigned customers, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
• Partner with sales and account teams to drive retention, mitigate churn risk and expand usage through success plans and regular business reviews.
• Deliver data‑based insights, best‑practice recommendations and education to map Hiring solutions to customer workflows.
• Leverage AI tools such as Hiring Assistant and Co‑Pilot to guide customers through AI‑assisted search, messaging and workflow optimisation.
• Monitor usage metrics, identify low‑utilisation areas and implement strategies to increase adoption and recruiter efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Directors, Global Services and Product teams to provide a unified experience and influence product improvements.
• Focus on measurable outcomes such as improving job‑fill rates and enhancing candidate quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or Product Training.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and drive customer retention and expansion.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning usage data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working with AI‑enabled hiring tools and guiding customers through technology adoption.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholder audiences.
