Senior HR Manager (W/M)

About the role

The Senior HR Manager will lead and coordinate all core HR functions, ensuring a healthy work environment and aligning people initiatives with business goals. This position requires strong project management, deep HR expertise, and collaboration across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception to completion.
• Manage labor issues, including code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence.
• Oversee the full talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives.
• Act as liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure adoption of new structures.
• Design and implement change‑management plans, assess readiness, and engage stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs.
• Develop and monitor analytics dashboards for transformation success, engagement, and performance.
• Lead internal communication for HR projects and motivational events.
• Build proactive relationships with union representatives to resolve conflicts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
