About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pre‑sales Engineer to join our Technical Sales team and help drive the adoption of our cloud platform across large Italian enterprises. You will work closely with C‑level and IT decision‑makers to design, propose, and enable secure, cost‑effective cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead technical sales cycles, conducting discovery workshops and architecture design sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored cloud solutions and produce compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Partner with account executives, product managers, and marketing to create go‑to‑market strategies, enablement material, and targeted campaigns for the Italian market.
  • Provide post‑sale technical guidance, deliver training sessions, and act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and service improvements.

Required profile

  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, networking, security) and experience designing enterprise‑grade solutions.
  • Proven track record in pre‑sales or solution engineering roles within the enterprise segment, with strong consultative selling abilities.
  • Excellent English (fluent) and Italian (native or near‑native) communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams and proactive in knowledge sharing.
