Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes that will power the next stage of growth. This remote, contract position sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, turning big‑picture goals into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for new solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation, and continuous optimization.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage.
• Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and engineering, and independently cover niche projects when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast‑paced digital or tech‑driven environment.
• Proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑informed decision‑making.
• Deep understanding of when to build versus when to adopt existing solutions.

Required skills

• No‑code/low‑code tools for early‑stage prototyping and hypothesis validation.
