Senior Production Manager

About the role

The Senior Production Manager will lead the development and implementation of Keywords' Globalize growth strategy and operational delivery. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, the role oversees a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving profitability, localisation and QA initiatives across a global client footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Directors, peers and the Globalize Client Engagement team to create strategies that increase profitability and operational reach.
• Own the management of global client programmes, proposing actions to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute long‑term localisation and QA strategies aligned with company goals.
• Participate in high‑level decision‑making, providing insights on how localisation and QA support market expansion.
• Analyse performance metrics, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage complex client budgets, forecasting and financial planning for localisation and QA initiatives.
• Allocate resources across multiple projects and regions, making higher‑level financial decisions.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality, handle crises, vendor failures and market changes.
• Design workflows and onboard localisation and QA services and technology implementations.
• Oversee production timelines, ensuring consistency, accuracy and excellence in deliverables.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a growth mindset.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of performance metrics and analytical problem‑solving.
• Proven experience managing strategic, complex client accounts and budgets.
• Ability to make high‑level financial decisions and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through ambiguity and crises.
• Experience in developing and implementing long‑term localisation and QA strategies.
