Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead the execution of complex EPC projects for high‑voltage substations and FACTS systems, ensuring alignment with business unit goals, safety standards, and delivery timelines. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan resources, manage risks, and keep all stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Support project execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, to align with business unit objectives.
• Establish and maintain project activities that meet time, cost, and quality targets while supporting KPIs.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout project execution, sharing lessons learned across the organization.
• Analyze scope of supply and customer contract agreements to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Define internal indicators for project control and systematically share relevant information with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in turnkey EPC contracts, including roles such as Site/Commissioning Engineer, Manager, or Project Manager, with knowledge of high‑voltage substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS.
• Knowledge of contract law, commercial and quality topics, and Environmental Health and Safety standards (D.Lgs 81/08) for construction sites.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Available for national and international business trips (up to 25% of the time).
• Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
