Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join LePub, part of Publicis Groupe, and lead advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will act as the central hub between internal teams and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects (digital, print, social, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, aligning on objectives, priorities and deliverables.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, reports and financial tracking throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers and third‑party partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining high execution standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and client relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience defining scope, budgets and resource plans.
