Senior Project Manager – Makeup Business Unit

About the role

Intercos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Foundations Business Unit. Reporting to the BU Foundations Senior Director, you will coordinate a team of Customer Project Managers and drive market‑focused product innovation across the makeup portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of Customer Project Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer‑centricity.
• Monitor progress of key customer projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues, delivering swift resolutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate innovation cycles.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and R&D to align product development with market trends.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key customers and translate insights into breakthrough product concepts.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the makeup market, especially foundation innovation.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end product development and launch strategies.
• Strong orientation toward market insight, product innovation and flawless execution.
