Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Remote Build)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the reliability, scalability, and security of a next‑generation AI‑driven platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and operating highly distributed, cloud‑native infrastructure for global employment services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure‑as‑code solutions using Terraform and Kubernetes, ensuring repeatable and secure deployments.
• Build and operate observability systems (monitoring, logging, alerting) and lead incident response, post‑mortems, and reliability improvements.
• Embed security and compliance practices into infrastructure workflows to meet global regulatory requirements.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and cloud costs through continuous analysis and tuning of workloads.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop tools that reduce operational toil and improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to enhance APIs, deployment pipelines, and developer experience for long‑term scalability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering with a proven track record operating production systems at scale.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes and AWS, including networking, compute, storage, and managed services.
• Strong proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and a software‑engineering mindset for infrastructure design.
• Extensive experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar tools, including rollback strategies.
