Senior Success Plan Manager (Italy)

About the role

The Senior Success Plan Manager will act as a trusted advisor for SAP customers in Italy, guiding them through adoption, optimization, and value realization of SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and the Business Technology Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer success documentation and governance meetings, including quarterly reviews and steering sessions.
• Track adoption milestones, consumption indicators, and value‑realization metrics.
• Identify risks early, prepare escalations, and coordinate with internal SAP stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise and Data Architects, Success Experts, and delivery teams.
• Utilize SAP’s integrated toolchain (HEP, dashboards, Cloud ALM, customer insights tools) to drive engagement quality.
• Provide executive‑level communications, reporting, and alignment between customer priorities and SAP recommendations.

Required profile

• STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.
• At least 5 years of project management or functional/technical consulting experience with team‑lead coordination.
• Hands‑on exposure to solution implementation, integrations, and cloud modernization patterns.
• Strong focus on customer value, success metrics, and time‑to‑value.
