SEO Assistant

About the role

CyberOptik is looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Assistant to support the Digital Strategy Director. You will help optimise on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO elements across client websites, ensuring best‑practice implementation and measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, Ubersuggest and Keywords Everywhere.
• Implement on‑page SEO tactics such as meta tags, header hierarchy, URL structure and content optimisation.
• Execute off‑page activities including link building and outreach campaigns.
• Perform technical SEO audits, addressing site speed, mobile‑friendliness and crawl errors.
• Monitor performance metrics with Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the content team to embed SEO best practices in all web copy.
• Produce regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage tasks and projects in ClickUp and run deep site analyses with Screaming Frog.

Required profile

• Proficiency with core SEO tools (Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Keywords Everywhere, Sitebulb).
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO concepts.
• Experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and communicate findings clearly.
