SEO Specialist

About the role

The SEO Specialist will oversee and optimise search engine performance for all group brands, ensuring that each brand’s online visibility aligns with its strategic objectives. You will analyse SEO scenarios, produce technical documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee appropriate positioning of each brand in search results based on business goals.
• Analyse SEO scenarios—including inbound links, competitor activity, technical site issues, and server logs—to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prioritise and document optimisation interventions, creating clear technical guides for implementation.
• Collect and analyse data from key sites using specialised crawling tools.
• Produce and disseminate keyword monitoring reports and SEO best‑practice documentation for copy teams and store managers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of link‑acquisition techniques, related technologies, and programming considerations.
• Supervise on‑page content such as product descriptions and landing‑page copy to improve indexing for brand‑specific keywords.
• Coordinate external partners and suppliers for complex projects like site refactoring and link‑building campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce SEO, including analysis of inbound links, competitor landscapes and technical site health.
• Ability to set priorities for optimisation tasks and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Strong competence with crawling tools and server‑log analysis to gather actionable insights.
• Excellent knowledge of inbound link acquisition strategies and related technologies.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external agencies on large‑scale SEO projects.
