SEO Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and proactive SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team in Milan. You will define and execute SEO strategies for The Level Group's portfolio of owned and licensed brands, leveraging technical expertise, data analysis, and AI‑powered tools to drive sustainable organic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end SEO projects, including technical optimization, content strategy, and link building across international e‑commerce sites.
- Monitor website performance with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools, turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze keyword trends, search intent, SERP evolution, and organic traffic to uncover growth opportunities.
- Contribute to AI‑driven SEO initiatives, using automation and AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and content workflows.
- Collaborate with Online Store Management, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure alignment with business objectives across multiple markets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Google’s ecosystem, AI search developments, and emerging SEO best practices.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of SEO experience; e‑commerce background is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to investigate data, connect points, and propose actionable solutions.
- Curious mindset with a drive to research and challenge assumptions.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.

What we offer
- Compensation range €25,000 – €32,000 per year, based on experience and skills.
- Continuous learning through TLG University and other training initiatives.
