Social Media & KOL Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & KOL Manager to lead our digital presence in Italy. The role will shape strategy, create compelling content, and drive influencer collaborations to support product launches and brand growth for realme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific social media strategies and KOL campaigns aligned with product launch and user acquisition goals.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars, overseeing the production of high‑quality, platform‑tailored creatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise future initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, brand and growth teams to ensure social efforts support overall business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and build relationships with relevant creators and agencies to amplify reach.
• Engage with the community, responding to comments and fostering a strong online presence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media and KOL strategy within the consumer electronics sector.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and their influencer ecosystems.
