Social Media Talent & Community Manager

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Social Media Talent & Community Manager to become the voice of the brand and lead its digital community initiatives. Based in Milan, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling influencer campaigns and manage the brand’s social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global and local influencer and talent strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Manage influencer partnerships from brief creation to content approval, execution, reporting and analysis.
• Oversee the social budget for influencer marketing, coordinating with internal media teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate product gifting and stock management with store teams for ongoing initiatives.
• Lead the Golden TV long‑form video series, handling concept, production, on‑set presence and final delivery.
• Maintain the social media management tool, ensuring seamless operation with CRM and customer care teams.
• Supervise community management activities performed by external agencies, ensuring brand‑consistent tone and engagement.
• Produce and review monthly performance reports, including creator results and sentiment analysis.
• Act as internal lead for Golden Goose Arena Milano Instagram and TikTok profiles, managing strategy, collaborations and reporting.
• Handle invoice registration and budgeting for all related activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, emerging platforms and fashion industry developments.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in content & community management, influencer marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record launching community initiatives such as event series, user‑generated campaigns or ambassador programs.
• Strong understanding of fashion, design and celebrity culture to inform strategic decisions.
