Software Engineer – Digital IoT & AI Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Digital IoT and Data Science team. You will help evolve the Tenova IoT Platform on Azure and co‑create AI‑driven applications that improve production efficiency and enable predictive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new features of the Tenova IoT platform using Azure services, handling data ingestion, real‑time stream processing, storage and analytics.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to build AI applications for industrial machinery, targeting higher efficiency, reduced downtime and predictive maintenance.
• Partner with product‑line colleagues to design and launch innovative digital solutions.

Required profile

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming, especially .NET Framework and C#.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Required skills

• .NET Framework, C#
• Microsoft Azure stack (IoT Hub, Layered Deployment, Stream Analytics, Event Hub, CosmosDB)
• IoT and microservices architecture
• Messaging protocols MQTT/AMQP (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Python, data analysis and machine‑learning projects
• Agile methodology and SCRUM
