Software Engineer – Engineering Efficiency (Remote Friendly)

About the role

Qonto is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Engineering Efficiency team. You will help reduce time‑to‑market across the entire tech organisation by building reliable internal tools that make every engineer faster.

Key responsibilities

• Run proactive discovery conversations with stakeholders and communicate releases with clear value.
• Define success metrics before coding, track adoption, gather feedback and iterate until the problem is truly solved.
• Ship reliable, maintainable solutions, balancing rigor with pragmatism and avoiding over‑engineering.
• Take full ownership from the first commit to final resolution, communicating plans and following through consistently.
• Shape scope thoughtfully, break work into small increments and surface risks early to meet timelines.
