Software Engineer - NodeJS

About the role

Docebo is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in NodeJS to help build and evolve its AI‑powered learning platform. You will work on a global SaaS product that enables millions of users to learn and grow, turning training into a strategic advantage for businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable backend services for the core SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to translate concepts into high‑performing features.
• Maintain code quality through clean, well‑documented code and active participation in peer reviews.
• Identify and reduce technical debt by refactoring and improving system performance.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Participate fully in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend or full‑stack development.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and see ideas from concept to production.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team environment.
