Special Customer Interaction & Technical Downtime Intern

About the role
Ayvens, the global sustainable mobility brand formed from ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, is looking for an intern in Rome to support its team in managing technical downtime for special customers. The goal is to ensure proper handling of these downtimes while keeping restoration times as short as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Support the team in direct interactions with special customers regarding their technical downtimes.
- Monitor technical downtimes so that restoration times stay within customer expectations while containing costs for the company, using extended evaluation approaches such as TCO.
- Work with internal teams and other functions involved in the process.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in humanities or economics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong teamwork ability.
- Good knowledge of English.
Required skills
- Excellent command of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
