About the role
LATAM is looking for a Special Services Agent to join its Preferred Services – Airports Management team in Rome. In this role you will ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience for Signature and GOSS passengers, contributing to the airline’s mission of keeping millions of people connected worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding, and disembarkation processes.
- Anticipate and resolve service disruptions, ensuring a smooth journey.
- Maintain high standards of service quality throughout the passenger’s travel experience.
Required profile
- Degree in Tourism or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer‑service or airport‑industry experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the SABRE reservation system (preferred).
