About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with deep full‑stack expertise to build and evolve platform products that power AI and machine‑learning workflows at enterprise scale. This remote position offers immediate technical influence across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack platform features using Node.js and React within a Kubernetes‑native microservices architecture.
• Drive architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Establish and champion TypeScript best practices across both frontend and backend codebases.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to deliver platform capabilities that support large‑scale workflows.
• Lead cross‑team technical initiatives and mentor engineers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on work with Node.js and React as primary technologies.
• Strong depth in TypeScript and related tooling (webpack, Babel, NestJS).
• Practical experience developing Kubernetes‑native microservices.
• Exposure to AI/ML product contexts.
• Proven ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
