About the role
A premium brand is recruiting a Store Manager for its Milan location through a recruitment partner. The role covers a team of around six sales associates and represents the brand's core values while building a strong customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately six sales associates
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the brand's core values
- Build a strong customer experience
- Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability
- Keep customer service and the store environment at an optimal level
- Produce reports and specific analyses
Required profile
- At least 5 years in a managerial role for premium or luxury brands
- Fluent spoken English and Italian
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Passion for luxury, fashion, art and design
- Business-driven, detailed-oriented, confident and enthusiastic
- Team player able to lead and influence peers, with problem-solving skills
