About the role

As the Store Manager for ALO in Milan, you will lead all aspects of the studio’s retail operations, ensuring the brand’s mission of mindful movement translates into a thriving, customer‑focused environment. You will be accountable for sales, profitability, visual standards, and team development while fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with local market insights and brand objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a positive work environment that reflects ALO’s mission and guiding principles.
• Conduct talent analysis, create career progression plans, and implement succession‑planning and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising standards, and ensure a safe, efficient store environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support organizational goals and act as a brand ambassador.
• Design and implement effective internal communication strategies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑changing environment.
