System Administrator

About the role

Oxygen Development is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join its IT team in Crema, Italy. You will maintain, secure, and optimise the company’s IT infrastructure while providing technical support to end‑users across a global manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server environments and corporate network infrastructure.
• Install, configure and support server hardware, operating systems and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, utilisation and network connectivity.
• Deploy security updates, patches and infrastructure improvements in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Provide desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral support, troubleshooting hardware, software, server and network issues.
• Maintain accurate incident, configuration and resolution documentation in the IT service management platform.
• Perform daily operational checks, log reviews and proactive system monitoring.

Required profile

• Proactive and experienced IT professional comfortable working in an international manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on security and reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
