About the role
Kirey is seeking a System Administrator to join its Infrastructure & Automation team. You will work in a major enterprise environment, supporting the management, maintenance, and evolution of complex IT infrastructures across Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure proper operation of Linux and VMware infrastructures.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and impact assessments for infrastructure changes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and other scripting languages.
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in after‑hours interventions when required.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
