Technical Project Manager

About the role

Luce di Carrara, an Italian design brand specialized in natural stone surfaces and bespoke interiors, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its Technical Office. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of both bespoke and standardized projects across architecture, interiors, and natural stone applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development and coordination of custom projects from concept to production.
• Prepare, review, and manage technical drawings and project documentation.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines across all phases.
• Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Support quality assurance, timing, and overall project delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Building Engineering‑Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in naval/yacht, luxury interiors, or natural stone/marble sectors.
• Proven track record on high‑end hospitality, retail, or private residential projects.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel for business.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of CAD software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
