About the role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the HR team at RE:LAB. The role will support the attraction and selection of engineering, software development, design, human‑factors and research professionals, helping the company grow its multidisciplinary talent pool.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding support for technical and innovation‑related positions.
- Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, universities and direct search.
- Conduct screening interviews and assist in candidate assessment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Support employer‑branding initiatives and talent‑attraction activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, research institutions and professional communities.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and talent‑pipeline management.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in technical and engineering recruitment.
- Ability to understand technical roles and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
