Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our partner network in Italy. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end hiring for technology, engineering and business functions across a global client base. You will work independently while leveraging a collaborative recruitment community to deliver high‑impact placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final placement.
• Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract and evaluate candidates for software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and leadership roles.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and long‑term candidate relationships.
• Ensure high‑quality submissions that meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while preserving candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Ability to work independently and manage several searches at once.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in competitive talent markets.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
