Telesales Co-ordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Co‑ordinator to identify high‑quality prospects from provided lists, nurture relationships, and uncover sales opportunities. The role involves presenting consumable products and services over the phone while maintaining accurate customer data.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑potential customers from supplied lists.
• Maintain ongoing contact and relationship management with assigned accounts.
• Present consumable products and services via outbound and inbound calls.
• Enter and update customer information in CRM and related sales tools.
• Support business growth within the small‑ and medium‑enterprise market.
• Monitor sales KPIs and track performance metrics.
